Step1. Go to Here and download the Google USB Driver:
http://developer.android.com/sdk/win-usb.html#top
Step2. Unzip folder (latest_usb_driver_windows.zip) that you downloaded and save to specific directory:
....\adb-bundle...\sdk\extras\google\usb_driver
Step3. Launch SDK Manager.exe
Step4. Check on the option: Google USB Driver in folder of Extras and Click "install packages..."
